the cream into soft peaks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Beat&lt;/span&gt; egg whites into stiff peaks in other bowl.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Gradually&lt;/span&gt; beat in 2 tablespoons of the sugar until dissolved.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Fold&lt;/span&gt; the cream into the raspberries, followed by the egg whites, using a large spoon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Spoon&lt;/span&gt;
