Strawberry and Apricot Jelly Cookies

Ingredients:

3 butter bars at room temperature
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Strawberry or apricot jelly

Preparing:

Cremate butter with sugar and vanilla.
Add this mixture to the sifted flour.

Finish kneading and envolve in sticky paper.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 170ºC (350ºF).
Divide the mass in small balls of 3 cm of diameter.

Place them in a baking tray.
Press them with the thumb in center.
Fill up with 1/4 tsp jelly.
Bake for 25 minutes.
