Beet Jam
Ingredients:
4 great beets
9 "clavos de olor"
6 cinnamon chips
4 cups water
1/2 kg sugar
2 tbsp vanilla
The juice of 8 lemons
Preparing:
Liquefy the beets with the water.
Put the juice of the beet in a casserole.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook in low fire for 2 hours.
Move constantly with wood spoon when it begins to thicken.
